The CPF Property Development Fund primarily provides investors with access to ‘shovel-ready’ residential property development opportunities. We work with professional and experienced property developers that have been known to CPF for many years. From time to time, we have the opportunity to invite our investors to sit alongside our development partners, once all the planning and approvals have been obtained and their project is ready for development. The developers are experts in originating development opportunities, obtaining relevant planning approvals, managing construction, and managing sales and marketing of the completed projects.

Who can invest?

Currently, The CPF Property Debt Fund is available to Wholesale Investors as defined by the Corporations Act, including self managed super funds (SMSFs), individual investors, family trusts and corporate entities.
