The proposed land lots at a minimum of 4,000m2 are considered towards the larger end of comparable land markets with good demand expected.

Security is provided by a registered first mortgage

The loan will distribute quarterly income to investors at 10.25% p.a. (nett of all fees and expenses).

Land subdivision projects are generally considered lower risk when compared to built form development projects.

The land provides considerable elevation, with the majority of lots being provided with good to excellent view corridors to the east/southeast.

There is a shortage of housing stock in Southeast Queensland.
