1. Complete the construction of 19 residential land lots located at 90 Gibbons Road, Samford Valley QLD 4520 (Subject Property).
2. Fund construction of 3 ‘spec’ homes on completed land lots at Samford Rise.

About the Property Security 

Security is provided via a registered first mortgage over land located at 90 Gibbons Road, Samford Valley QLD 4520, specifically Lot 2 of Registered Plan 804861 (the Subject Property) and currently being marketed as ‘Samford Rise’.

The Borrower has approval to 19 rural residential land lots with land areas ranging between 4,000m2 to 8,483m2.

The Borrower has significantly completed the construction of the 19 residential land lots and practical completion is expected to occur shortly after the date of this document.


Valuation

A valuation report was prepared by Charter Keck Cramer. The Gross Realisation Valuation of the completed land lots is $21,781,818 (exclusive of GST).
